Estonia’s capital, the port city of Tallinn, has been shaped by nearly a millennium of outside influences. Its name, derived from the Estonian for `Danish Fort` is a reminder of the fact that the Danes founded the city at the beginning of the thirteenth century. And boy did those Danish Vikings know how to party!!

As a stag weekend destination, its popularity has soared recently and it has certainly become a big hit - ask anyone who has been there and experienced it. Tallinn’s old centre is unique and one of the best-retained medieval European towns, with its web of winding cobblestone streets and buildings dating from the 11th century, preserved nearly in its entirety.
